But, sometimes you need to put your brain to rest. Otherwise, the symptoms of mental fatigue can result in ADHD. We have a natural remedy for mental fatigue--put your mind to rest by exploring nature, or, as my research shows, a video arcade or even Starbucks. Visit a third place and put your mind at ease so that you can refocus. Otherwise, you will need medication.
