Give Tom Cruise a Break

The mental health industry has completely slammed Tom Cruise for opposing
the use of mind-altering drugs like antidepressants and ADHD medications.
This same industry that receives untold billions of dollars from
pharmaceutical companies.

Tom Cruise did not state that depression and attention deficit disorder are
not real -- only that there are healthy and effective alternative therapies
to mind altering drugs. This is a great message to hear, especially as the
adverse side effects, deaths and suicides linked to antidepressants and ADHD
medications continue to mount.

The comments from Tom Cruise are extremely interesting in light of the fact that the pamphlet I picked up fram Kaiser on ADD & ADHD list Tom Crusie as having ADHD. The pamphlet is entitled Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorders and Specific Learning Disorders-A Handbook for Parents wtitten by Philip R. Brunner, MDm FAAP. This was published in 1999. Tom's behavior on the Oprah show showed some "hyper" behavior. There are many famous people listed on the back cover: John F. Kennedy, Dustin Hoffman, Robin Williams, Walt Disney, Cher, Danny Glover,Dwight D. Eisenhower, Albert Einstein, Prince Charles, Pete Rose, John Lennon, Whoopi Goldberg, Sylverter Stallone, just to name a few.

Yup, most likely does have ADHD. Maybe he does have it and knows about it, but doesn't want to be a hypocrite and tell.
Tom is an awesome actor, but VERY strange.

Probrably does have ADHD. Maybe (if he does and knows about it) Tom doesn't want to share it with the public because he'd be a hypocrite.
